Beautiful country house in the heart of the island

Beautiful country house in the heart of the island-  Historical finca in Menorca. Living area of 795m2 on a plot of approx. 97ha, with terraces and large wooded areas with olive trees, holm oaks and the best pasture land. Access from the ME1, close to the village and beach.
The beautiful manor house is located at the foot of the 3rd highest mountain on the island and has large rooms with country views. In 2007, an outbuilding was already renovated and now has central heating, double-glazed windows, kept in the country house style, WIFI. A swimming pool with sun terrace is embedded in the Mediterranean garden.
On the east side of the house located are the stables with workshop and haystack.

 

 

 

Ferreries occupies some of the hilliest terrain on Menorca, with impressive gorges winding down to the south coast amid fertile farmland.
The town is famous for it’s shoe, cheese, furniture and jewellery factories.
The old part of the town is very picturesque with narrow streets and houses painted in different colours.
A fantastic resort is the bay of Cala Galdana on the south coast, with pine trees growing right on the beach.
Perfect to contemplate the sunset with some chill-out music.
